Where do they get their fashion sense?

Quinn and I were playing inside one afternoon, waiting for Lucy to wake up from her nap. He went into the hall closet and pulled all the jackets off the rack. He gave them to me and said, "ON, ON, " so, I did. I put them all on, and he just laughed and ran off. He played for about 30 minutes dressed in his little ensemble......so funny! Maybe he's giving us a hint to turn up the thermostat??

Princesses and Pizza

We recently had our friends over for dinner and playtime. The little ones had fun sharing pizza at the "kid's table." Sophia is five, and Lucy really looks up to her. When Sophia showed up with her princess dress on, Lucy ran upstairs to get her princess dress, and had to immediately change her clothes. The girls ran around the house in their special outfits and then decided to play pretend beauty shop. Lucy loved having her hair done!

Spring Hiking

We met up with the Kelleys for a Thursday play date hiking adventure.

Greyson was an expert hiker on these trails, so he helped Quinn and Lucy find their way.

Lucy decided to try a different trail......and so they were off!

To the creek. To throw rocks and sticks. Quinn wanted so badly to be right there with the big kids, but he stayed put in the backpack.

Then we visited the farm animals. A calf, baby pigs and a HUGE turkey.

All the kids kept a safe distance from Mr. Turkey.
