Feeling better, ready for the beach

We are in KY visiting my parents before we head to Florida for our first beach vacation with the kids, grandparents and uncle Michael. Unfortunately, most of our week was spent taking care of Lucy while she was ill and getting adjusted to the time change. Wow, what a challenge. Lucy the Lion feeling much better after 4 days of feeling awful with a fever. Not a fun way to spend time at Papa and Grandma's house. But I am so glad I had the extra help. She is back to her normal self, running around the house being a typical almost 2 year old.

Lucy, hold still, let me fix your hair. Daddy says you need a cut, but I agree with mommy, let's keep it long.
